Crystal, our center director, is an Arizona native with a passion for holistic wellness. With over 25 years of experience in various wellness therapies, she expertly guides our clients on their healing journeys.

Crystal graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in 2001, and her experience includes chiropractic assistance and expertise in PEMF &  red light therapy. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, hiking, and the great outdoors.

Kristan is an Arizona-licensed acupuncturist with over a decade of diverse clinical experience, guided by a deep commitment to compassionate care. Trained in both traditional and modern acupuncture techniques, Kristan treats trigger points to address pain when necessary, as well as centering care through Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her experiences have literally brought her around the world, from the South Pacific and South America to the Northeast cities of Philadelphia and New York to rural West Virginia. She brings a heart-centered approach to healing, focusing not only on relieving physical symptoms but also addressing the emotional and energetic roots of illness. Kristan believes in meeting each patient where they are, using her skills to restore balance and help people live fuller, more joyful lives.
